Hi there Grapeviners! I been working in Capgemini since 2+ Years. I joined on March 30th, 2022. The initial package was 3 LPA as a Fresher. Over the Years been promoted to Senior Analyst and the grade is now A5. Considering all the increment and promotional stuffs still am getting low salary. It's just 3.4 LPA and after all the cutting the in-hand is around 21-22K and there are some shift allowances so it's gnna go up around 25K but still it's not good. What should I do here? Should I try new Companies or should stay 1 more Year and see if any wonder happens 😇!
I already approached to my Manager as well to HR people. No sign of hope! Also as notice period is 90 days means this gonna be another issue if I try new Companies?
I suggest start looking for new companies and put down the resignation when you get atleast one offer in your hand. On the other hand if you're thinking about the notice period then accept one thing this is same for everyone. You're not the only one with 90 days np. Try negotiate with HR when you cleared all the rounds. It's most likely when you cleared all the rounds then the other company won't take the pain of starting the whole process again to hire a new person just because of 90 days np.
Also, just thinking about this np thing won't lead you anywhere until you start applying for job and see what's the real scenario at that time.
