Haa anyone heard about platinum club in Infosys? How do we nominate ourself or what's the process to join the platinum club?
Don’t think it’s through nomination it’s through certifications, digital skill tags , top 10% DQ scores and last 2-3 CD and above ratings .
Is there any particular certification that has to be completed? Particular digital skill tags or how many digital skill tags?
I'm already in top 9% for DQ score and I've got commendable and outstanding rating for last 2 years cycle.
I'm in top 9%. But last before appraisal cycle and last cycle until FEB I worked in an Internal project, even though I got appreciations in the form of Awards, my rating was ME. From Mar 2024 I joined a client project and my over all rating in recent cycle was also ME. How can I join the platinum club and what are its benefits. Can you please through some light
What is the use of this platinum club ?
As per latest announcement from HR in one of the townhall, Platinum club is for consistent performers with HIGH DQ in their unit and job level. Platinum club validity is for a year effective from Mar1st to Feb 28/29. Each platinum club member will train in AI and will assign mentor for each and they will consider for niche projects/technologies.
