Can anyone explain it, I have multiple queries on this.

What is a platinum club and how can we be part of this ? What are the benefits if someone is a member of this Club ?

I have been in the platinum club for 1 year i have not seen any benefits other than 100% variable pay, In previous years some stocks were also provided but this year I did not receive anything

  1. You get more than 100% VP
  2. To part of it, you have to be high DQ and manager has to recommend it.
  3. its validity 1 year
  4. Prioirty for bridge programs ..i.e you can skip written test, only interview rounds will be there.
