You can encash them

You will require additional approval from PL and GL. To take such long leave you should be able to justify with reasons such as family in hospital, or personal health or any serious issue. Then also they may come to check. It's better u gradually take these leaves like my lead(C4) does... Every few months he goes on 1-2 weeks leave citing death in family, or medical reasons such as eye treatment. Also being C4 you are under direct scanner from unit to be removed so better be careful.
