Currently, Accenture is not retaining any employee who has resigned. I tried to retain few of my critical resources but HR or leadership has shown no intention in retaining.

Accenture is not retaining. This happened with me and few of my colleagues too. I'm completing my NP now. It's better to move on to better opportunities.

It's always very risky, I have seen many instances where promises are not kept. Your boss can blame Accenture policy, recession or something else for his failure to keep promises.
