Planning to switch company
Hey folks, I will be completing 4 YOE in August this year. I am planning to switch to a different MNC (Preferably Infosys). I am currently working in support non technical role. I have been preparing for business analyst role for sometime. I am confused as to which technology I should move in and what I should prepare for going forward.
Kindly suggest what's best at this stage for me.
Try to move internally to a Business Analyst role. The easiest way.
Thanks for the suggestion but I have already given that an attempt. I even got internal certification for it but still moving internally in this company is next to impossible.
I have worked in Capgemini, reach out to managers in IT domain where there is opening and share your interest to work in this role and you are preparing for it. They are really helpful and will definitely guide you.
Otherwise if your on paper role says Business Analyst then you can simply switch organisation.
