How much salary wil I get if I stay in tcs for 18 years?
Don't be in that mind set. They will directly fire you one day and you will be jobless
😮no just felt it would b gud bcze outside job security is not there.. so!
Man in tcs itself job security is not there they are saying we had around 12k people fired. But actual count is above 50k+
If you are 18+ years of experience you will get c4 coming to tcs with c4 is too risky at this moment
It will be just around 25l if you are getting a/b bands and regular promotions. If things are delayed, it can be under 20 also.
Finally if you do wings and let's say some retention, it can be around 40 also.
Lot of people thought like that, now they are sitting at home
In 4 years u can switch and get 20+. People from startups are joining tcs after 3 yrs of exp for 24lpa etc. This is a loser mindset
