Hi, I’ve got an A band and resigned.
Joined 2.5 years back so practically this was my first appraisal. But I’m not staying back for a mere 8%, when I put in my papers I had no offers. Now I’ve offers worth 60-80% hike with 3 different organisations.
So logical thing is to gain experience and leave this organisation as soon as possible, 90 days is a huge period.. start it as soon as possible.

What was your tech stack and how much time later after resigning you got the offers. Its risky to resign without offers but 90 days is too long roght

After receiving the band, first I discussed with my manager that I'm resigning. My main concern was salary. He told me to search outside saying 1 month notice period. If tcs is not matching the offer he can help me to leave early. Now last week i got an offer and negotiation is happening with TCS
