Trending @Capgemini; Planning to resign on my LWP
I am currently on medical leave. I had shared my medical certificates with my manager and N+1 but didn't receive any response from them. It's been more than 2 weeks. I am not working and still have not received any communication from Capgemini people.
Currently I have the client laptop and Capgemini laptop with me.
I don't want to go back to the toxic project again . Can someone please share the thoughts on is it okay to resign on medical leave.
Is off boarding possible during leave or do I need to comeback and continue with my notice and then they will allow me to leave ?
I don't want to abscond i want to resign as per the process.
My main reason for medical leave is because of the toxic environment.
My health is not good and last I had to take a medical leave and they were not even responding to my mail.
How are the chances to get a new project after joining back ?
Resignation will approve but if you are thinking that with medical leave u will give early release then BU hr won’t agree at all.. they are rejecting even medical certificate as well
