Trending @Infosys; Planning to resign

I joined here on March 2025 so It has been around 4 months here on bench without getting a single project and no project mappings. The TPD is not approachable and i have contacted several group project managers to take me into account some responded and told they need more experience so I am stuck here. First i thought I can wait a little longer but people with the same skillset was on bench for more than 1 year also many are still on bench with the same skill (pega). So I just want to know is there any possibility that i can switch to other company and I am also afraid that within 3 to 5 months if we switch the company there will be several questions right how to handle it? And if I can switch to other company how much of notice period here I have to serve will i get a month to leave or i should server the full 3 months?

I had left an org in 5 months…some ask questions and some dnt…ppl who ask you can say frankly that they didnt have projects or you didnt like the projects…..you won’t be judged

Yeah. In bench you'll get early release and that too organization's do consider this reason of being on bench for long no issue with this

Useless hrs always ask questions. not about why you spent 5 years in company but why you spent 6 months in a company

It’s a common issue for lateral joiners joined in this year, some project mapping happens and will not respond after taking some interviews. I feel Infosys lacks proper structure for project’s mapping

You shouldn’t be worried about being questioned, instead rip the HR apart after you resign and move on with your next company.
