Planning to resign bcz of toxic project

Hi friends. I joined a very toxic project last month. I am totally done with TCS. All the projects that I worked are extremely toxic and pushing to work on weekends. I gave up. I want to resign. My work started just 1 week ago in this project but already facing the stress since last year. If I resign now will they release me instantly? Or keep me on 3 months notice? I don't have any offer in hand. Trying to resign just out of confidence to get a job by the end of 3 months. If I don't get a job in 3 months, can I take back my resignation. I'm a C3B with 33lpa

I was also on the same boat of you .. joined as 13 yoe in 2023 .. coming from development background.. they put me in support project and it was so toxic that whenever morning status meetings happens i was about to faint .. the delivery manager used to shout on everyone.. left within 1 year and joined product based mnc ..

Sadly you will be let go instantly or in reduced period BUT it will also vary based on your project dependency.. Not worth the risk..

People don't realise that seniors also suffer from same toxic environment just like they do.. It's like a waterfall..

Anyway you want to go out pls exhaust all your leaves why leave it to them just take sick leaves intermittently and use the time to prepare for interviews

Don’t resign until you have the offer. Take a break and restart your work…if you still feel the same then get the offer and resign.

I'm thinking about the same too, I have just completed the mandatory courses but I'm not sure if I'll be let go instantly or will have to serve 90 days:( Also, is it a must that resignation mail should be sent after discussion with the supervisor? It's really toxic I'm even scared to talk to him.
