Trending @Infosys; Planning to Resign as I have an Offer with around 70% hike.

So finally after trying for a long time I got an offer with a decent hike and the company is willing to wait for 90 day NP as well. Now I have a call setup with my manager to discuss for a hike in infosys. How much do you guys think Infy will offer as there is a lot of dependency on me in my project. Currently I am an associate consultant.

Not sure why this is even a question. There is no service organisation that is going to match the offer no matter what they tell you. They will give you promises like we'll promote you next year, will give you OS rating for better PB, etc. But again, these are just "promises" to avoid their inconvenience of looking for your replacement.

Accept the offer, resign, look for more and better offers. It's not easy to get out of this 90 day NP hellhole.

Don't plan to resign. Resign and then think. But anyways infy can't give more than 20-30% hike

Your retention hike will never match the offer. You need not even plan, you should have put down paper by now.

Don't expect much from your manager. At max they can offer 25% - 30% for retention.
