Brother being a team lead if you need to ask this, I don’t know what to say

Hmm Don’t try to be judgmental. If you don’t know then no need to say don’t know 🙂

If the project depends on you, your Talent Lead will reach out to you and will at the very least try to match the "offer" you have. If you don't have an offer, you can prepare a offer letter to show your Talent Lead using ChatGPT. But I hope you understood the risk, if you don't have any other offer and your Talent Lead doesn't consider you important, he may hire your replacement and ask you to transfer your knowledge to your replacement. If you eventually withdraw resignation, it will be up to your Talent Lead to deal with you. He may move you to an irrelevant role and get your replacement to do your job. So act carefully.

It depends on your manager whether he is trying to retain you...and other factors like the project is out staff there is high chances for retention , your dependency on project...if over staff not sure they Kindha play trick even if you want they will process your exit....Again once you retain the story will be different from there for you project..

I feel there will no consequences but taking back resignation and staying in the same project doesn’t feel kinda right. The management opinion on you may change.
