Planning to resign
Hello guys,
I am planning to resign from tcs without any offer in hand bcoz last 2 months i have tried searching for new opportunities but no one wants to wait for 3 months notice. Could you please let me know if the current market is good to do so. I have total 7.10 yoe in QA. With TCS 2.5 years.
If you are "planning to resign" then trust me you won't.. Because I too "planning to resign" for the last 3 years..
And the fact you are asking about market conditions to random strangers means you are looking for a reason not to resign.. The market is always good if you have the correct skills..
In this market, our company has retained one of my colleague with an 80% hike because of skills and meanwhile we are seeing what is happening with bench people..
So it is up to us and us only..
Agar aapke pas money back up he 2-3 months ka or skills he to put resign and search new job b'coz TCS is no more provide job security now. And no increments so better you can search for a new job.
Keep in mind below Chance of retention is very less Ensure atleast 3 months of salary as savings
