Planning to LWP on TCS

I am planning to take LWP for at 6-12 months. I wanted to fix few things like physical and mental health Parents health take care and plan Side hussule working Planning for financial Life goals..

I am looking the previous experience on it , Is this easy to take ? Or in tcs it depends on project only Just looking how should I get easily if projects wants to stay in project and hr.
