Planning to leave without any job offer

My team is led by highly toxic person. I can't stay here for longer. But when I look at other team members, I quewtion myself that how they are able to withstand this without complaining.it is a small team though. I am just waiting to complete my 1 year.In past also i have short stints in my resume. I am afraid if I leave without job offer with frequent switches in my resume. How hard it can be to land new job
