Buy anything it'll will work ,but if you have a healthy body you should try exercising rather than relying on or these machines . here is a tip don't be in a sitting position for longer time try to take breaks in between go out for 10 mins do some exercises. this way you will fell better . that's just my opinion though.

Yup. Exercise and lifting weights is enough to fix most back pain.
