Planning my investment

Hi!

I'm 25F, planning to buy a house in next 5 years. I can invest around 1.3 Lacs monthly.

I used to invest in stocks before but I'm not very disciplined with that, given how the events turned, Trump and then war, etc.

I don't invest much in mutual funds as well. Have done FD only.

Any suggestions?

How have you planned your current investments?

Also, I was thinking to invest or save some for real estate in my hometown, to be sold later if I buy something in tier -1 city.
