Planning for resignation
I have joined TCS in October 2023. I’m planning to resign from TCS as that is the only option im left out with. I have 5 YOE. I have taken this decision as I have been allocated to a project which has a toxic environment and same with the people there. And we are asked to work on alternate Saturdays and sometimes the support on off working hours, there is no work life balance. I have requested to release from this project, but they are not ready for it. So I have taken this decision. I have been applying in naukri and LinkedIn, but nothing is working out, maybe 90 days of NP, nobody is ready to accept. Suggest me, whether to put paper and search for another job as we have 90 days of time or just get one and then put paper?
Bro I was exactly in yours same situation..I am being experienced yoe 13 but still the amount of toxic work in that support project it got affected my daily wellbeing...I prepared and finally have offer ..serving my notice period now...just don't lose hope
Bro no one knows when market conditions turn but Aisa nhi k jobs hai hi nhi jobs are there but limited so you have to prepare yourself in such a way k u can be the one. I was also in similar situation as yours and didn't get release also from project so I took release from tcs. I was also not getting any interview calls so atleast I had to resign n search without any offer in hand but by god's grace I got 2 offers in just 3 weeks of resignation but I won't suggest you also resign without offer until n unless you are confident enough that you are prepared. Take decision wisely. Good luck
