Planning for change , need inputs

I have joined ey 4 years back, and the journey is good so far, but the pressure is immense, i have done well so far good. I have got almost 90% hikes in 4 years. My total exp is 9.5 getting 32.8L . I am trying to switch companies , as i have been on to same project for 4 years , needs a change. What can i expect ? - i am having good exp in data engineering , certified gcp professional, have worked on multiple cloud and data tools.
