Planning a Switch !

I am currently working as a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant with 2.8 years of experience in front-end development. My skill set includes HTML, CSS, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, Material UI, JavaScript, ReactJS, Redux Toolkit, Zustand, and I have basic knowledge of Next.js(Basic projects on NextJS). My current package is 7.3 LPA.I am not promoted to Associate, Can anyone suggest is this the good time shift or shall i wait upto 3 years in experience to get default promotion ? What is the hike percentage can i expect ?
