Why do you want to move? Singapore has the most horrific work culture. The Chinese guys have worst sense of work-life balance. (Singaporeans are of Chinese, and Malay ancestry). Better go to Canada if you really want to go abroad.

I heard quality of life to be decent there.
Yes quality of life is good (but not work life balance!!)z Singapore is way way way ahead of India. But work culture is horrible. You should talk to those who are working there, and who had worked here in India too earlier. I had worked with a Singapore based firm in India, and had visited Singapore for 2 weeks. I had recently asked the same question to a person currently working in Singapore for long period, for a company other than for which I had worked. His answer too was expected.
