Places to visit in February

I am planning a SouthEast Asia trip with family in February on the occasion of my parents 25th marriage anniversary. Kind people of grapevine, which place would you suggest ? Anything beautiful - beaches/mountains/sceneries will be fine.

Also if you have any good suggestions other than SE Asia as well that doesn’t inflate the budget too much then drop them too.
