Hi all, I was on the bench for some time before joining a new project in April 2025. My leads mentioned that my performance is good, but because of the long bench period, I’ve been placed on a PIP.

I’m a bit stressed and unsure about what to expect. Can someone share:

What usually happens during PIP?

How to clear it smoothly?

What should I focus on during this period?

Any guidance or support from people who have gone through this would mean a lot.
