Trending @Infosys; Placed in Performance Improvement Plan(PIP)
Hi, I’m a Specialist Programmer at Infosys and I have been placed under PIP. Recently, I got the mail to come to my base location to have a meeting with HR. I am on bench and I have been told by my mentor that I will have to clear 3 certifications. Any other STG people who have faced similar situation or are currently in PIP, please connect and let me know what should I be prepared for.
They will give you option to resign or accept pip and clear those certifications,your manager will update you regarding those certifications.For bench employees pip is of 30 days only
I am hearing different things, some people are saying I can give exam from anywhere others are saying I have to give exam from office
I’m alsi in pip and my manager clearly told me I have to take it offline.At my base location.Even when I accepted pip there was a form with all the details
After the maternity Leave rejoined the office last month officially I am on bench since 1 month and now I received notification of PIP from.my manager what should I do accept it or not
Check which certifications your manager will be assigning and if you think you can not clear those then resign
