I have been placed in BOTP but I want to resign, can I file resignation mail. What will be the notice period if I do so?
Anyway you have to do the given tasks 😉. BOTP processes are 60 days, if you file resignation also, you have been in the process, so trust the process, if you feel, it will lead to negative feedback then resign at last last day of the process, atleast you will get a notice pay without servicing notices period (2 months salary for your 2 months notice period).My suggestion is ready for positive and negative feedback, be ready with bullet proof 🤣. Don't be patience, try some other company, get an offer, start searching right now, All the best 👍.
Notice will be same 90 days
