Trending @Infosys; PL vs JL difference in Infosys

Hi folks

Can anybody tell me what’s the differences between JL and PL and how & where to find this for our roles

PL are 2-8 JL are also 2-8 but some JLs depending on stream have sub levels like A and B (A being higher) like 5A Sr. Consultant and 5B Consultant

Can we assume JL 4B as PL 4. Any relation between these two?
