Trending @Accenture; PL released my VP outcomes

My PL released my VP outcomes this morning — the call was super quick, he just said he’ll release it and left 😅 so I couldn’t even ask anything.

Here’s my confusion:

March: Got a base pay hike from ₹5.25 LPA → ₹5.86 LPA

June cycle: Got VP of 8.5% (₹16,261) based on the old base pay (₹5.25 LPA)

Nov cycle: Got VP of only 6.17% (₹17,183) — which feels way less, especially since it should’ve been based on my new base pay.

So now I’m wondering, am I calculating it wrong, or did I just get scammed? 😅

You got a base pay hike of 11.4% which was more than average of what most people got(3-8%) in that cycle, I think they are just balancing it out.

It will based on your old base pay next cycle variable will be based on this new base pay

But already i crossed 6 months (Apr - Sept) with my new base pay. So it should be calculated based on new base pay right?
