The last date given by HR is 27 November so technically your PL can release whenever they want before 27 November after that it will be auto released.

Don't wait,I've heard they not giving bonuses /hike to some folks. Get it on mail/ping continuously or raise hr support or whatever if you not sure they giving it or no. Check if your other colleagues got it/no, check with your pmo team as well
