
Trending @Accenture; PL feedback on ABCD reflection
Overall my lead has given a good feedback on my ABCD reflection but he has mentioned that I'm not making myself visible a lot. Is this a red flag?🚩What can I expect for hike/promotion? Or does this not matter at all?

Is this really true that you don't have visibility?

I'm probably not expressing myself as much but when it comes to work and technical knowledge I'm surely doing better than everyone else in my project.

Same situation for me as well ,i am good technically and work wise, she asks me to be more vocal except that everything is good , I speak up when things need to be informed or said I don’t know why they expect everything to be dramatic

They just want to reduce the amount
When is the last date for this?

Mine asked me to put effort in ABCD specially in the co-curricular activity and how vital it is

They don’t like you that’s all. I have heard this in my team as well. They give extra bonus & promotions to their favourites.
