I pinged my PL about VP he is like you will receive variable pay it will be some percent of your base pay. I was like dude you should tell me how much percent I will receive. Anyway how much should i except my base pay is 15lpa and I joined in oct31st 2024. Will I receive more than 20k?

There are a lot of factors which bring to you your LVB. But it definitely should be more than 20K given your base pay. And I am assuming you are at least 6-7 YOE.

Yes I understand there will be other factors as well. I am almost 4 years experienced(level 10). If more than 20k, how much can i expect maximum my variable is 21%?
