Hi, I am on bench for past few months. So in mid year pit stop , which manager name do I need to mention- one which is currently coming in my alcon records as reporting manager in bench or the previous year manager which gave me previous year rating ?

The Mid year is for the past 6 months review, so in case you are in a project at that time, your previous manager will only give you a rating. But if you are bench over the last 6 months, then I'm not sure who will give rating.
