Trending @Accenture; PIPs are starting to come in !

A friend of mine who was on bench for a couple of months prior to this has suddenly been put on a PIP they told me. This is super scary, like they did get a case recently but this is honestly no fault of their own right? How do they control not getting a project?

Anybody else who has dealt with this? Is it widespread or is it one off?

Immediately start searching for another job and resign before the end of PIP period.

In case the person resigns during PIP, does he still need to serve 3 months notice period?
