Trending @Accenture; PIP without reason, totally worst
Why the previous projects putting on PIP? I served 2 years in last project. I given 100% to that project handled the things as much I can even got + ve feedback while leaving and after few days negative feedback totally opposite to 1st positive feedback and ++now PIP. What wrong I did
Also No any mail no communication no text which notify me that I’m in PIP , get to know now after 2.5 month of last project release. How worst and disappointing is this😢 Please suggest how I get out of this as without no reason I get PIP and 0% bonus What would be the next things now will it be worst or how as now I’m with new project ? Please share detail of pip and assist how to get rid of it Thank you..!
Talk to your PL and check the pulse. They will only clear your PIP if they want you to stay.
Also make sure that target they give you in PIP has a measurable outcome and is not qualitative.
Current scenario is like they put me on pip and not informed now they just playing blame games and no any reflection over my portal as well that show I’m on pip
Same, I spent just 2 months in a previous project and got PIP just because they had to fulfill the required numbers. Not sure what to do whether to resign or go with flow.
