Is it common that ppl who have got pip in this June there will be no vp ??

Giving silly reason I dint do any innovation apart from delivery
I don understand client never give u time to let u do any work when ur so held up from work

First ur ppl lead will inform u if you are in PIP.Then u will receive couple of trainings to complete and ur lead will give u the continuous feedback..of everything goes well u r safe and pip 3 mnths i guess
