Hi all,
Can someone let me know that what will happen if the managers give the feedback as partially met for one task who are in PIP?
Can leads respond on this what could be the next steps and what will happen?
How many weeks are left? If possible, improve upon the aspect which was deemed as partially met along with next week task. Ask what was missing with the supervisor. The main goal is to get Met at end of 4 weeks. So don’t lose hope or sleep over it yet. All the best.
It’s just my first task review feedback and still 3 more weeks and 3 tasks are left. After giving 100% also they are just searching for some loopholes which was not mentioned in the outcome to not to declare the task as fully completed
I will tell u better u move out from company.
