Trending @Infosys; pip task and certification
Hiii, One of my friends has been placed on a PIP since last month. He was assigned a task along with a few certifications to complete. The task is relatively easy, and he's been handling it well. However, he couldn't clear the first certification on his initial attempt, and the deadline for that was May 20th. He still has three more certifications to complete and is feeling quite tense and nervous about whether he’ll be able to pass them. Can anyone tell me if there's a chance the reviewer might give him a negative rating just because he couldn't clear the first certification on time?

Bro tell him to take 3/4 month salary don't serve notice period and try other company. As he is your frnd he might be SSE. At least he has approximately 3 years of experience. If they nominate for project pip they might won't to remove him from project.

Generally, the PIP will be for 60 days but can be extended until 90 days. So no need to worry. Incase if certifications are not completed in first 60 days then you can complete within next 30 days. But the idea is you need to keep showing progress throughout the PIP.

Hi guys, I have got NI rating in the last cycle, I am prime resource in the project, nobody approached me for pip till today?? Is pip mandatory for all?? And last week I had a discussion with my delegate appraiser and his response was satisfied and commandable for my performance?? Do I need to approach any one regarding to pip? Please guiee
