Trending @Wipro; PiP survival long term impact

I joined wipro 3 years ago. In 1st appraisal cycle got rating 4 but no hike. After 2 years I asked for a release from the new project from the same account, due to clashes with onsite people due to their lobby culture. They were not approving simple access requests ex: Pcf cloud, etc. In the second appraisal cycle the old manager asked and forced new manager from differrent account raised PiP. He and we closed it after showing good performance as usual.but still facing some issues as impact in new allocations as everyone asks why PiP was raised Hr complaint also did not help. Will there be a long term impact of this closed PiP? Should I leave Wipro or stay hoping anything good will happen? Has anyone got good opportunities after PiP closed successfully?

Any PIP in the last 2 years will disqualify you for any promotion nomination.

This means he needs to continue his struggle for the next two years without expecting the bare minimum. 😑 Author is Tech Lead i.e. minimum B3 band. All B3 bands are in high demand people in Wipro.
Also, old manager can't force new manager to put you on PIP. It was your L2, delivery manager who asked new manager to put u in PIP.
Wake up and leave the Wipro... or continue your project allocation struggle at Wipro.
