I am undergoing PIP and the tasks seem fairly easy and do able.Also I felt the owner and manager along with HR are supportive as I got it as part of performance outcome..Still how will I know if it will be cleared or not as no one is directly saying anything to me till now and I have seen in past cases where people were failed in PIP at the end outcome?

I am also in same situation, tasks are regular work activities which I am easily able to do but still unsure what will be the outcome at the end of the month

Yes how will we know what they have decided in this case..I have heard if they want to fail they will fail in any case regardless of tasks or might ask many questions?
