Trending @Accenture; PIP suggestion
Hi All,
When I was on bench I got hr call to resign but luckily got one client project hardlocked the next day itself and saved but after one and half month in that project now they kept me in pip and gave unreliable tasks at my level. I was damn sure that they will ask me to resign after this pip . Rolled of me from that project and kept me inside their pool. Now after 4 days, some future hardlock mail came with some project within the same account which starts this month only. Not able to understand this future hardlock confirmation mail.
Need suggestion on this ?
Can I resign before the completion of pip or should I go through this pip and resign as I can sense their agenda is to make me go out of organization.
When was your PIP initiated and when it will end? Bcoz in first 2 weeks only you will get to know if they clear or not based on the feedback
Hy sorry for the delay now its been two weeks and two reviews done and one cleared and one didn't clear and I understood definetely I will be asked to resign.
