Anyone who got 0% VP, Has your PIP initiated?? Any communication from HR.??
2 out of 1 is started from my resource and 1 still pending at hr approval. It just one button click away from starting there will be 15 min call with hr before they share from tool where hr will connect and explain about program then your supervisor will explain plan to be worked on for next 4 week ( typical 30 days but tool has option to stretch it for 45 days) it will be fixed by hr and supervisor. Make sure to ask queries regarding the pip process to hr on call. As informed by hr 1 month resource need to complete task if he fails then immediate termination will happen and there will not be 3 month notice whereas the company will pay 3 month salary at exit
Company pays 3 months basic pay or full pay?
My previous project gave me zero vp and PIP...But my current project manager is happy with my work, He is also not aware of the process..He tried to reach out to HR but ..HR didn't respond to him ...So this PIP can get cancelled? If my current manager wants to do so?
I got 0 VP but not update tegarding pip.all are busy.Also my previous manager gives pip.
