Pip severance pay

I'm on pip of 1 month, I'm forced to leave and resign midway. I'm told that I'll be paid only half salary and not for the rest of pip. Now, since they asked me to leave, am I doing the right thing by asking them to pay me for the entire pip duration? I have the recording where HR stated that I will be paid for the entire p PIP.

Some more context in terms of size of company etc would be helpful. You are within your rights to ask for compensation for entire pip and in fact few companies pay you 6 month of salaries if you are asked to leave. If comfortable, share name of your company.

Company name is Medicover, team size is 40 and I'm told since its pip, hence I'm not entitled to severance. Is that standardized or something specific to company?

They're being assholes. Try fighting for one month severance. Highly unlikely this 40 person pigsty will bother. Just make sure to get FNF that shows you resigned and leaving letters and all.
