My project BA has been informed about PIP. Can anyone here tell me who takes the monthly reviews and if they don't perform well then tbey are asked to resign or terminated? Will they pey 2 month's basic?
I was put in pip last June. Some tasks will be assigned you need to pass those. Task can be project related work only. Else worst case will be to learn new technologies. Make sure you schedule weekly call with ur manager supervisor and HR and update them with progress. What ever work you do regarding task or daily related work, send a daily status report email to everyone . They will not have any other choice but to get red of ur PIP. :)
If we are in pip do they give VP and in next cycle will they review our performance and atleast give some hike?

PIP: Performance Improvement Plan, once you’re in PIP, you would be given tasks to complete as a part of PIP plan, so it’s basically your manager is saying you are not performing well and you need to improve. Currently situation in Accenture now is, if you’re in PIP consider you will be terminated or will be asked to resign.
Pip is already communicated for this dec cycle?
