If you go through this PIP and perform “well” according to your supervisor then yes you will get a LVB. Ensure to take regular feedback from your supervisor after this.

No I am talking about November. It is not in the hands of your People Lead to decide that. Till November take regular feedbacks and keep everything documented. What you are doing well and what you need to do more.
