Hello I recently joined infosys on August 2025 , currently I am in production code till 14 november after that I will be on bench, in project i didn't get any proper work just assisted one team for requirement gathering , but I received met expectations rating from my manager , so my query is till when they can't put me in pip as I got met expectations rating .?
