If not clear pip can we get any 2-3 month salary? After pip initiated can did they accept resignation?

When you get PIP , you don’t get your Performance bonus for 1 year. & yes you can EXIT during PIP.
If you think you have been put in PIP due to wrong reasons & you have proofs , you can raise grievance.
For Salary part you can raise ticket in SERVICE NOW under Payroll section
