Trending @Accenture; PIP Queries in Accenture

During which month generally the pip process will go through and within which month it has to be completed? as I know it's a 4 week window, for eg. For an employee it may start in dec mid and complete in jan mid, when is the eta month of pip? Is jan, feb or march 2025? Pls let me know.
