Hi Team, Does anyone undergoing PIP process recently who got Needs Improvement rating ?

What is the chances of clearing the PIP and if we fail in PIP will they give us proper relieving and experience letter or not ?

I didn't get yet.. One of my frnd got last Friday and he is from EAISLCIP currently he is on bench and he got it so just clarifying with all. Did u got any mail or anything ?
