Hi Team,
Does anyone got any call from your manager saying that we are going to put you into PIP process any such a kind.
I got Needs Improvement and currently I'm on bench and looking for an Project so.
What is PIP process and what is the criteria here and is there any chance after putting down into PIP can we initiate the paper or not please give me some valuable suggestions.

Bro if you really want to keep your job ...take this PIP seriously... you'll be given 3-6 problem statements to solve in around 2 months.... If you clear all of these and manage to convince ur manager that you know stuff ...then ur pip will be cleared.

I think I'll get it soon bcoz I'm struggling to deliver in current technology and I've realised that this isn't my cup of tea. So currently I'm in project but not interested to continue. Could you mention your technology and how did you get this rating?
