Trending @Infosys; PIP(performance improvement plan)

I got into the PIP due to the previous assh*le manager who gave me a NI rating.

Right now i am into PIP in different projects It's been 16 days and my manager and team lead was also shocked that why I got this rating because i work fine not excellent but fine.

I saw the PIP plan it contains 80% weightage on regular delivery with no bugs and 20% on lex courses and certification. My team lead told me verbally -"don't worry about the project feedback i will handle our manager will ask for a review from him. He told me to complete lex courses since it will record on the system".

Should I worry? I don't have a backup option...
